Sanjiv is well-known for his consummate business networking skills. His passion is creating new relationships and a positive outcome that is a win for everyone across the value chain, Sanjiv earned his stripes as the Senior Director and Head of Global Human Resources and Recruitment for Aryaka Networks Inc. (A SDWAN Company). He was the Director of Human Resources for Speedera Networks (acquired by Akamai Technologies in a stock deal valued at a half-billion dollars). He has also worked as Head of HR at Cymbal Corporation (acquired by Patni Computers) and was responsible for global hiring and company-wide HR related matters.
Sanjiv has an MBA degree in Human Resources and Marketing from University Business School, Chandigarh (INDIA) and Management course in Human Resources from Cornell University, New York (USA).

Chandrasekhar K, fondly known as Chandra, brings over two decades of expertise in the HR consulting space. As a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR consulting, Chandra has successfully assisted numerous organizations in finding the right talent through his vast network and industry knowledge both in India and internationally, driving business forward.
With a passion for human resources and organizational development, Chandra has a proven track record of helping organizations achieve their HR goals and drive business success. He specializes in addressing critical leadership challenges within the VC/PE-funded start-up ecosystem and MSMEs in India and beyond. His senior leadership advisory services include board advisory, executive search, leadership assessment, coaching, and development. He is known for his inclusive leadership style and highly analytical, data-centric approach.
Chandra is a charter member of the TIE Bangalore Chapter and has a decade of experience working in various roles with large corporations like Wipro Infotech. Additionally, he serves on the board of several fast-growing organizations. Academically, he has a background in Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Outside of work, Chandra enjoys driving, networking, playing cricket, and spending his free time reading and binge-watching.
